how long does shipping take?

we source our products from a select number of high quality distribution partners and orders are shipped directly from them. this means shipping times can vary. shipping can take approximately 1 to 4 weeks, depending on where you're located in the world. please allow up to 7 days for orders to be processed and fulfilled, but typically this will be done in 3-5 days. we offer a full refund if your order is not received within 60 days. 

only one of my items came in the package... where's the rest?

some of our products can come from different distribution partners and in most cases will be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost to you. we put effort into finding the best products from the best distributors, and sometimes that means being shipped in multiple packages. if you feel like you've been waiting for one of your packages for a little too long, no worries! email us at info@stargazela.com and we'll get it all sorted out for you.
